Return & Complaint Policy


RETURN POLICY

  1. Requests for returns/exchange will only be entertained against following kinds of complaints:
    1. Wrong color or wrong product delivered by Pakistan Cables Limited or by the courier partner (Blue-Ex)
    2. Product packaging/coil found damaged at the time of delivery.
    3. In case of a re-order requested by the customer, where certain return charges will apply, which will be borne by the customer.
    4. Late delivery ( by the courier partner or Pakistan Cables)
    5. Damaged or wrong product found inside the box.
  2. You must contact Pakistan Cables Limited for products purchased through https://www.pakistancables-estore.com to determine the best course of action if you want to return/exchange based only on conditions highlighted above (Section 1). You can email us your request for return/exchange at [email protected].
  3. Pakistan Cables Limited on issuing Return Authorization may request a copy of the original Pakistan Cables invoice from the customer and an original Delivery Challan from the courier company, Blue-Ex.
  4. Product must be in ‘like-new’ condition and returned in original packaging. Pakistan Cables Limited reserves the right to reject any refund request, if the product received is damaged or if any original component is missing.
  5. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product to request a return, please email at [email protected] or call helpline at

    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone
    • Reason for Refund
    • Date of Purchase
    • Invoice Number
    • Photographic evidence
  1. Pakistan Cables representative will contact you within 3 working days of receipt of complaint/request via email and/or Helpline.
  2. Products received without a Return authorization on email and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
  3. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
  4. In case of refunds, payments will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria. Company representative will contact the customer with processing details. In case of COD/Cheques/Bank transfers, payment will be refunded through cross cheques issued by Pakistan Cables Limited. For Credit/Debit card payments, the Bank, upon notification from Pakistan Cables Limited, will credit the payment back to the customer directly.
  5. We have a no exchange policy. Should a customer wish to exchange an order, customer may email at [email protected]. The Company reserves the right to accept/reject the request as it will be subject to assessments. In case the Company decides to process the request for exchange, certain return charges will apply.
